We are seeking empathetic and organized
Learning Advisors
who will serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students
after enrollment
. The Learning Advisor ensures every learner has a smooth, enriching, and impactful journey by coordinating between parents, teachers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with parents and students to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers to monitor student progress and share actionable feedback with parents.
  • Conduct
    short online math sessions
    for students who have missed classes or need extra help — ensuring no learner is left behind.
  • Proactively engage parents through calls, emails, and chat to discuss performance, attendance, and next steps.
  • Provide timely and professional resolution to parent queries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the
    CRM system
    and other internal platforms.
  • Track and achieve monthly KPIs on customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
  • Contribute to improving the overall
    learning experience
    through insights and suggestions from parents.
  • Partner with the internal academic and sales teams to support renewal and referral goals.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years
    of experience in
    Customer Service, Academic Counselling, Teaching, Call Center, or Account Management
    roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills
    — both spoken and written — are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with parents globally.
  • Familiarity with
    K–12 Math or Education
    will be a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable using
    CRM systems
    and managing digital records accurately.
  • Highly organized, empathetic, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
  • Willing to work
    night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST)
    , six days a week.
  • Candidates with prior
    EdTech experience
    are preferred.
  • Entry-level candidates with excellent communication and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
