About the Role
:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Career Advisor (Bench Sales Recruiter) to join our team in Ahmedabad (Law Garden). This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who are enthusiastic about building a career in US IT staffing and recruitment.

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for working with our bench consultants and connecting them with suitable job opportunities in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
:

Interact with bench candidates (US-based consultants) to understand their skills and job preferences.

Actively market bench consultants to vendors and clients through portals, networking, and social media.

Identify suitable job openings and submit profiles accordingly.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and support onboarding.

Maintain consultant relationships and track project status regularly.

Maintain accurate documentation of submissions, interviews, and placements.

Requirements
:

  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US Time Zone).
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) is a plus.
