Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced
Corporate Sales Professional
to join our team in
Gurugram
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This is a full-time
on-site
role, and applicants must be located within a 5 KM radius of Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and resolve client queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
  • Strategic thinker with a goal-oriented and self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and team-based work settings.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
