
Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

We are seeking a courteous and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide a welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and employees. The Receptionist will handle incoming calls, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth communication across departments while maintaining a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and handle basic inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for management and staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure security by following procedures, monitoring visitor log, and issuing access passes.
- Provide support in handling office equipment (telephone, printer, fax, etc.).
- Handle queries from employees, visitors, and external parties in a timely and professional manner.
Skills & Competencies:

- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in a corporate office or hospitality environment is a plus.
