Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Engineer located in Bengaluru South. The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for installing, updating, and maintaining desktop computer systems, troubleshooting issues, managing software installations, and ensuring network connectivity. The role also involves providing technical support to end-users, managing security protocols, maintaining hardware inventory, and documenting processes and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in installing, updating, and maintaining desktop systems and software
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
  • Experience with network connectivity and security protocols
  • Ability to manage software installations and hardware inventory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is desirable
