Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product information, orders, and queries.
  • Provide accurate details regarding perfumes, offers, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
  • Follow up with customers on pending payments, deliveries, and service feedback.
  • Maintain call records, update CRM/ERP systems, and generate daily call reports.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service.
  • Meet performance targets related to call handling, conversions, and customer retention.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, tele-support, or customer service (FMCG, retail, or perfumery industry preferred).
  • Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive communication.
  • Ability to handle pressure, objections, and customer grievances.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
