Role: Associate Manager - Treasury

Location: Delhi

Mode: 5 days WFO

Shift: Day Shift

Preference: Experienced with Indian banks, finTech, and technology-driven organizations

Job Summary: The role will include managing end-to-end banking operations, international payments, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting across geographies. It acts as a key liaison between the organization and banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely execution of financial transactions and adherence to statutory requirements. The position oversees domestic and cross-border fund management, supports investment structuring, and ensures the integrity of financial documentation and audit readiness. It requires strong coordination skills, a sound understanding of global compliance frameworks (RBI, FEMA, GST, Income Tax, HMRC), and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Role Overview:

This is a pivotal role and the candidate will be key member of Treasury team, handling entire end to end support function.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  1. Operation: Executing and confirming financial transactions, processing payments, and accurate and timely settlement
  2. Reconciliation
  3. Record-Keeping & Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, corresponding documents & contracts etc to facilitate audit trails and regulatory inquiries.
  4. MIS : Preparing the detailed reports with proper analysis for internal stakeholder.
  5. Compliance: Monitoring and ensuring adherence to approved treasury Policy, and proper disclosures in case of any divergence.
  6. Cash & Liquidity Management: Monitoring daily cash balances, managing accounts, and maintaining databases of banking relationships.

Key skills :

  • Understanding of Treasury markets, various investment products, risk return trade off
  • Understanding and knowledge of various Treasury related regulations and guidelines
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and juggling diverse responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: CA with 3-4 years or MBA finance with 5 years of experience with prior experience of working in Treasury dept in large corporate
