
Human Resource Recruiter

We are hiring a Human Resource Recruiter who will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Youll be responsible for attracting top talent across geographies, building a strong candidate pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring needs by partnering with leadership and hiring managers.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and international portals.
- Manage recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer closure, and onboarding.
- Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure up-to-date recruitment dashboards.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-joining documentation.
- Execute campus hiring and internship programs.
- Drive online hiring strategies, including employer branding and digital outreach.
Key Skills
- Talent sourcing & headhunting (domestic + international).
- Interviewing, assessment, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in ATS & HR tech tools (Zoho Recruit, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Strong online hiring skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, virtual interviews).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Data-driven approach: tracking time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire.
- Remote onboarding & documentation handling.
- Employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment (domestic + international hiring preferred).
- Strong knowledge of online sourcing tools and social media hiring.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with global hiring practices is a plus.
KPIs (Success Metrics)
- Time-to-Hire: Reduce average cycle time.
- Quality-of-Hire: % of successful candidates meeting performance benchmarks.
- Candidate Experience: Feedback scores & engagement.
- Pipeline Strength: Active vs. exiting candidates ratio.
