Location: Newtown,Kolkata

Employment Type: 3 months Contract. Contract would be renewed every 3 months based on performance.

Working Days:6 days working.

Office Time: 9.00 a.m to 5.30 p.m

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Trainee who will support the recruitment function. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule telephonic, online, and face-to-face interviews.
  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets and candidate databases.
  • Support HR in conducting initial HR rounds.
  • Update recruitment dashboards and report progress to the HR team.
  • Assist in onboarding activities when required.
  • Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication skills(English(verbal and written) & Hindi) .
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts (must).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
  • Candidate should stay nearby Newtown or Saltlake location.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree or Masters degree in HR, Management, or related field.
