Job Title : JD_52 Human Resource - Trainee

Role:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR professional to support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role involves end-to-end support in HR functions including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and HR systems. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR processes and should be a people's person,

Responsibilities

1. Understand and effectively utilize different sources/channels (staff referral, consultants, advertising, job portals, headhunting, etc.) for bulk hiring and specialist recruitment.

2. Manage various recruitment stages – sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling, interview coordination, HR interviews, salary negotiation, and reference checks; independently handle most of the stages.

3. Assist in campus hiring drives and coordinate with placement teams for intern/fresher recruitment.

4. Maintain and update recruitment data using automated tools (Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc.) to track candidate progress and hiring metrics.

5. Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

1. Assist in redesigning HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and user experience.
2. Support in the administration of the performance management system – data tracking, appraisal coordination, and report generation.
3. Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company policy.

1. Implement business objectives in terms of employee development and leadership programs.
2. Assist in coordinating and tracking training programs identified for employees.
3. Maintain and automate training records, attendance, and feedback forms using Google Workspace tools .
4. Support ISO / CMMI / other certification process compliance documentation and audit readiness.
   
   

1. Assist in carrying out establishment functions – Leave, Payroll, and Separation with minimal supervision.
2. Prepare and maintain HR metrics and scorecards; generate periodic reports through automated dashboards.
   Ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality in all operations.
3. Contribute to automation initiatives to improve process turnaround time and reduce manual effort.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with exposure to both recruitment and broader HR functions.

• Positive, proactive, and "can-do" attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR automation initiatives.

• Prior experience in a SaaS, tech, consulting, or high-growth startup environment strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance frameworks, and talent lifecycle management.

• Proficiency in using HRIS/ATS tools and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analytics.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across functions.
