We are now expanding our e-commerce division and looking for a talented E-Commerce Specialist who can handle product listings, marketplace ads, and overall sales growth on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Ajio.

Role Overview

As an E-Commerce Specialist at Evosag, you will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, ensuring optimized product listings, running performance-driven ad campaigns, and driving sales growth across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, inventory) across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Meesho.


• Create and execute marketplace ad campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra & Ajio Ads, Meesho Ads) to maximize ROI.


• Monitor daily sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for revenue tracking and decision-making.


• Ensure product visibility with proper keyword optimization and competitive pricing strategies.


• Handle account health, policy compliance, and customer feedback to maintain positive seller ratings.


• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, marketing) to ensure brand consistency across platforms.


• Identify growth opportunities, new product categories, and seasonal trends to boost sales.


• Stay updated with the latest marketplace policies, trends, and competitor strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.


• 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho).


• Strong knowledge of e-commerce advertising platforms (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Partners, Ajio, Meesho Ads).


• Experience with keyword research, SEO for product listings, and campaign optimization.


• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace dashboards.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods categories.


• Hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.


• Knowledge of marketplace promotional events (Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, End of Season Sale).
