The ECommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings across various online marketplaces. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, overseeing inventory updates, implementing effective pricing strategies, and executing promotional campaigns. Additionally, the role involves conducting data-driven analysis to improve sales conversions and ensuring the seamless user experience of the eCommerce platform.QualificationsExpertise in eCommerce management, including product listing, pricing, and inventory managementExperience in online marketing, promotional strategy, and analytics to optimize sales performanceProven track record of significantly increasing the sales while managing the bottom-line. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and an ability to work with website content management systemsKnowledge of customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlinesFamiliarity with skincare or beauty industry trends is considered an advantageBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
