Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and student-focused
Sales Executive
who will manage admissions and guide students & parents throughout the enrollment journey. The ideal candidate will confidently represent SAACH Academy, communicate program benefits clearly, and help students choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counselling & Admissions
- Connect with student leads via
calls, WhatsApp, and email
. - Explain the
Diploma in International Travel & Tourism Operations
and other SAACH Academy offerings. - Handle enquiries, provide counselling, and guide students end-to-end through the admission process.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure conversions.
2. Parent Counselling & Program Value Explanation
- Explain career scope, job opportunities, and long-term benefits to parents.
- Convince parents on why investing
in a professional travel & tourism diploma is beneficial for their child's global career. - Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
3. Sales Targets & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly admission conversion targets.
- Conduct structured presentations over Zoom or in-person when required.
- Showcase SAACH Academy's credibility, placement support, and success stories.
4. Assignments & Presentations
- Complete weekly assignments related to student needs, program positioning, and sales presentations.
- Participate in academy-led activities and admission drives.
5. Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain accurate CRM data, call logs, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth student onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience
(education counselling, travel industry, customer service, or sales). - Experience in admissions or institute sales is preferred.
Skills
- Strong command over
English
and good clarity in
Hindi & Marathi
. - Confident presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and convert them into admissions.
- Highly professional, persuasive, and well-spoken.
- Good ability to showcase program value and explain future career pathways.
