We connect students from around the world with verified yoga schools, fair terms, and teachers who live the practice. Our mission is to make yoga education transparent, trustworthy, and human, guided by real experience, not algorithms. We're a small, remote-friendly team working between India and Europe. Everyone at VIDYA has space to learn, experiment, and take ownership. We collaborate openly, communicate clearly, and work with purpose, building a product that makes a real impact for students and teachers alike.

About the role

You'll be the bridge between VIDYA and the schools we feature. This role combines relationship-building, travel, and quality assurance. You'll identify and onboard outstanding yoga schools, help them meet our standards, and maintain long-term relationships built on trust.

What You'll Do

  • Discover and onboard verified yoga schools across India.
  • Evaluate schools on teaching quality, ethics, and student experience.
  • Travel across key regions (Rishikesh, Goa, Mysore, Kerala) to meet schools in person.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to present partners in a visually appealing manner.
  • Maintain transparent communication and ensure continued alignment with VIDYA's values.

Who You Are

A relationship builder with experience in partnerships or operations. You're comfortable traveling and working with diverse teams, familiar with yoga education, and motivated by a sense of purpose. You communicate effectively, follow through, and know how to strike a balance between empathy and clear standards. A passion for yoga is a clear plus
