We are looking for skilled
Splunk Professionals
experienced in Splunk administration, engineering, and operational support, with hands-on knowledge of automation, incident management, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute change requests following Splunk TechOps runbooks and compliance standards.
  • Work with
    ServiceNow workflows
    and IA tickets to manage and track changes.
  • Review, validate, and implement Splunk configuration changes.
  • Develop, update, and maintain
    Splunk runbooks
    and rollback/validation steps.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and change-related escalations.
  • Provide ad hoc reports and assist in incident investigations.
  • Track KPIs and SLAs for successful change executions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–8 years of experience in
    Splunk administration, engineering, or support
    .
  • Strong proficiency in Splunk architecture, queries, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to
    AWS
    ,
    Linux/Windows
    , and
    ServiceNow workflows
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Puppet
    (preferred) or other automation/orchestration tools.
  • Ability to work in a compliance-driven environment and support a
    24x7 model
    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Splunk Core Certified Admin / Power User
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Puppet / Ansible Certification (desirable)
