Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Staff Management: Supervise and motivate branch staff, provide training and development, and foster a productive work environment.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily branch operations, ensure smooth functioning, and maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the branch budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure sales targets and revenue objectives are met.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales, customer service, market share, and the overall success of the branch.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serve as a primary point of contact, and handle complaints professionally.
  • Compliance: Ensure the branch adheres to all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, analyzing branch metrics and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
