Documentation Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Documentation:
- Prepare, update, and maintain employee files and master database.
- Handle appointment letters, ID cards, bank account forms, and joining documentation.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
- Track pending documents (e.g., ID proof, educational certificates, medical reports) and follow up with candidates/employees.
- Provide documentation support during HR audits.
Recruitment:
- Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Multi-tasking and time management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9, ₹12,000.00 per month
