Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager based in Kolkata. The Area Manager will oversee and manage the operations of multiple branches within a designated area. Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise and motivate staff
  • Sales and marketing skills with experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Operational management skills, including branch operations oversight
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience in the banking or financial sector is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
