Position Overview

We are seeking a
results-driven and detail-oriented Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive
to join our dynamic marketing team.

This role will be responsible for
planning, executing, and optimizing
targeted communication campaigns that nurture leads, enhance customer engagement, and support sales conversions.

The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience
in campaign management, strong copywriting skills, and a data-driven approach to improving campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop, schedule, and deploy
    Email & WhatsApp campaigns
    aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Draft
    compelling subject lines, clear messaging, and persuasive calls-to-action
    to maximize open and conversion rates.
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent tone and visual style.

Database Management

  • Segment lead and customer databases for
    personalized targeting
    .
  • Maintain database hygiene by updating and removing inactive or invalid contacts.
  • Implement data protection and privacy best practices in line with compliance guidelines.

Optimization & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates).
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
    on messaging, creative formats, and send times to enhance performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analytics.

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with the
    Sales, Content, and Design teams
    to align communication strategies.
  • Support lead nurturing efforts by integrating campaigns into the broader marketing funnel.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns for product launches, webinars, and special promotions.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 1–2 years of proven experience
    in Email & WhatsApp Marketing (preferably in the education or service sector).
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as
    Mailchimp, SendinBlue, HubSpot, or equivalent
    .
  • Experience with
    WhatsApp Business API
    and related automation tools.
  • Strong
    copywriting and editing
    skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of
    campaign performance analytics
    and reporting.
  • Familiarity with
    A/B testing
    and list segmentation techniques.
  • Understanding of
    spam compliance laws, deliverability optimization, and GDPR guidelines

  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
