About the Opportunity Job Type PermanentApplication Deadline 06 October 2024Title Email Marketing Manager Global Marketo Delivery TeamDepartment Global Marketing Automation TeamLocation GurgaonLevel 5Were proud to have been helping our clients build better financial futures for over 50 years How have we achieved this By working together - and supporting each other - all over the world So join our insert name of team business area team and feel like youre part of something bigger About your teamThe Global Marketo Delivery Team formerly the UK Email Marketing team is based in the UK India and China and delivers over 22m emails a year to over half a million high value clients and customers across both B2B and B2C business channels We create both fully-serviced email campaigns as well as support self-serve colleagues across some teams and are the last point of quality assurance before any email is delivered on behalf of the UK business In addition to email we can send SMS messages and in the future WhatsApp and App messaging as well About your role Reporting directly to the Head of Email Marketing the Email Marketing Manager will manage a number of internal and external stakeholder relationships being first point of contact for all Marketo requests from teams in Europe which will include managing scheduling training and working on more complex email campaigns as well as reporting requests Working closely with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues the ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to improve email marketing activity excellent critical thinking communication and problem solving skills and know when to bring in others to solve challenges Key Responsibilities Manage execution of email campaigns end-to-end creative assets and deployment via our Marketing Automation platform Marketo across all channels departments Manage various projects or longer-term initiatives as identified or assigned by Head of Email Marketing Perform campaign-specific quality assurance testing to validate functional and rendering performance Working with fellow managers to plan the campaign projects and timescales Produce and present monthly or quarterly performance reports to stakeholders Execute on A B and multivariate tests to increase engagement across marketing channels Generate reports and monitor performance in order to provide recommendations to senior staff Deliver continuous improvements to the email systems to improve campaign efficacy Brainstorming new ideas for fresh creative campaigns or making adjustments to test with ongoing campaigns Stay current with best practices strategies and industry standards related to email Line management of 1-2 team members About you Strong experience with Marketo including email builds nurture drip and trigger programmes reporting support and more Ideally Expert certified in Marketo or with equivalent experience Good data reporting skills including analysis and insight mining Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate multiple campaigns whilst continuing to deliver on time and with attention to detail Strong knowledge of email best practices methodologies techniques including A B testing tools and passionate about delivering a high quality product Excellent English language skills Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong communicator Proactive work-ethic An ability to work under tight deadlines Team player Good self-awareness and ability to speak with Radical Candour xc2 xa9 when required to do so Experience with global teams and cultures ideal Feel rewardedFor starters well offer you a comprehensive benefits package Well value your wellbeing and support your development And well be as flexible as we can about where and when you work - finding a balance that works for all of us Its all part of our commitment to making you feel motivated by the work you do and happy to be part of our team For more about our work our approach to dynamic working and how you could build your future here visit careers fidelityinternational com For more about our work our approach to dynamic working and how you could build your future here visit careers fidelityinternational com
