Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management:
  • Supervise and train food and beverage staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist with recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development.
  • Conduct staff meetings to communicate policies and procedures.
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring efficient service.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock, and ordering to maintain product availability.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and areas are kept clean and presentable.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure high-quality food and drink preparation and service.
  • Implement and enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Guest Experience:
  • Respond to and resolve guest complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Accommodate guest preferences and special requests.
  • Financial Management:
  • Assist with budget preparation, financial reports, and cost control measures.
  • Monitor revenue and expenses to optimize profitability.
  • Marketing & Sales:
  • Participate in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities.
  • Assist in sourcing and testing new products and menu items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
