We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a software project coordinator. A Software Project Coordinator assists in the planning, execution, and management of software development projects, acting as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders.

To be successful as a software project coordinator, you should have a good working knowledge of Agile techniques specifically Sprints.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Organization:

  • Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules using Sprints.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials.
  • Track project progress against set goals and milestones.

Resource Management:

  • Support resource allocation and scheduling, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Assist in identifying and addressing potential resource constraints or risks.

Issue Management:

  • Identify and track potential issues or risks that may impact the project.
  • Work with the project manager to mitigate or resolve these issues.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
