Job Description We are looking for a smart senior accounts candidate who has below knowledge and is independent in handling. Salary is not a concern for the right candidate. JD and Responsibilities:
  • Master Degree/ Mcom/MBA in Finance, Accounting or related field required
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior role position
  • Strong knowledge on Statutory compliance-GST, PT, TDS etc
  • Managerial skills and overseeing the entire finance operations of the accounts department which includes-Month end and year end process AP and AR , GL
  • Cash receipts
  • Payroll and utility
  • Budgeting
  • Revenue Forecasting
  • Revenue and expense analysis
  • Capital and fixed cost reconciliation
  • Fixed asset management
  • Creditors and Debtors activity
  • All GL reconciliation
  • Monitoring and analysing the accounting data to produce financial reports.
  • Establishing and enforcing the proper accounting method, policies and principles
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Coordinate and complete audits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Pivot table, word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to go out to Bank, audit office etc
  • Establish and maintain all fiscal files and records to document transactions
