Job Description SummaryAs part of the Imaging System Software team at GE HealthCare, you will be responsible for wing-to-wing execution and delivery of complex platform programs across the different Imaging modalities in line with the roadmap of the GE Healthcare Imaging business.

This role requires you to work closely with technical teams and global stakeholders to drive synergies & adoption of platform deliverables into Imaging product releases and ensure platform solutions are delivered on time, within scope and budget and with desired quality.

This role requires a strategic understanding of the business, customer needs, product technology and the purpose & values of GE HealthCare to successfully deliver on the group priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership across GE Healthcare Imaging SW teams to drive technology discussion and strategy alignment with business needs and timelines.
  • Lead PI Planning, program cadence, end-to-end execution & adoption of common platform releases across multiple modality programs and drive outcomes-based tracking
  • Lead execution team by removing roadblocks and resolving dependencies, Mentor and coach Scrum teams to enhance agile maturity, foster collaboration, and drive delivery excellence
  • Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
  • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including senior leadership and executives
  • Ensure compliance with pre-defined internal processes and quality and regulatory compliance and customer specific requirements.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and effectiveness by fostering a lean mindset and leading continuous improvement initiatives across teams.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master' s degree in Engineering with minimum 16+ years of relevant work experience and with hands on exposure to software development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

  • At least 8+ years of program management experience in handling multiple teams in a matrix organization
  • Experience in Healthcare domain would be an added advantage
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe or equivalent certification would be an added advantage
  • Strong familiarity with ISO, FDA, 62304 and other regulatory standards.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology, knowledge of multiple Agile Frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in working with large global distributed teams in Scaled Agile environment.

  • Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements and practices for Software, preferably HealthCare
  • Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
  • Be a change agent - actively champions and drives change initiatives, process improvement. champions and drives change initiatives, confront difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
  • Good understanding of business analytics and operational metrics (with focus on data storytelling)
  • Proven experience in developing Power BI dashboards - Skilled in automating data workflows across diverse data sources such as defect dashboard, Agile PI Planning dashboards etc. including integrating Power BI with chatbot interfaces
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, with good technical expertise in Generative AI concepts and applications, and proficiency in tools such as GitHub Copilot and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including senior leadership to gather, understand and translate BI requirements into effective solutions
  • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities
  • Experience in managing budgets including planning, allocation, and monitoring expenses.
