Job Description SummaryIn this role, the Staff Technical Product Manager will drive Campaign Management & Journey Orchestration capabilities and Martech platforms for GE Healthcare Marketing teams. He/she will work closely with Region, SBU and Corporate Marketing to optimize campaign and journey orchestration process and identify opportunities to leverage AI and digital tools to increase productivity, lead->opp growth and customer experience. He/she will also partner business and IT product teams. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management and technical leadership within marketing technology,Essential ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketing automation tools, with a focus on Campaign Management and Journey OrchestrationCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, and analytics, to ensure alignment of product features with business objectives.Serve as the primary technical expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer and Genstudio, driving best practices in implementation, optimization, and integration with other Adobe solutions.Oversee the integration of Adobe marketing technologies to create seamless customer journeys, including campaign management, asset delivery, and data-driven personalization.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of marketing automation initiatives.Provide leadership in identifying market trends and new technologies in marketing automation to maintain competitive advantage.Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project status, key milestones, and product enhancements.Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new tools, features, and functionalities that complement and enhance the Adobe marketing stack.Mandatory Qualifications5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on marketing automation technologies.Expertise in Adobe Tech Stack(certification preferred) with a deep understanding of campaign management, email marketing, and lead nurturing.Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including integration of CRM and other martech platforms.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and balancing technical and business needs.Preferred QualificationsAdobe Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or similar certification.Experience with Agile product development methodologies.Familiarity with advanced data analytics and reporting tools.Key CompetenciesStrategic Vision: Ability to define and execute a product strategy that aligns with business goals.Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of Adobe marketing solutions, especially Adobe Marketo.Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product innovation.Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing automation efforts.This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned technical product leader to shape the future of marketing automation and customer engagement through cutting-edge Adobe technologies.Inclusion and DiversityGE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
