About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Technology Partnerships function - driving initiatives that extend our core access control and identity management technology into new industries and business models.

Our platform powers mobile credentials, cloud-based access management, visitor & tenant solutions, and controller integrations. We are now focused on scaling this through licensing, OEM alliances, and cross-industry collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess new industries and verticals (PropTech, Co-working, Logistics, Hospitality, Mobility, Fintech, etc.) for technology expansion.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies including technology licensing, OEM integrations, co-innovation initiatives, and platform collaborations.
  • Design and operationalize scalable business models (SDK/API-based licensing, white-label, revenue-sharing, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align technical capabilities with partner needs.
  • Lead commercial and technical negotiations ensuring winwin outcomes and long-term growth.
  • Stay ahead of BLE, NFC, QR, and cloud access trends and interoperability frameworks.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, events, and associations to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

  • 810 years of experience in Wireless, IoT, Smart Building, or Mobile Technologies.
  • Strong technical understanding of access control systems, APIs, SDKs, and credentialing technologies (mobile, BLE, NFC, QR).
  • Proven track record in technology partnerships, licensing, and strategic alliances.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and monetize new technology opportunities.
  • Self-driven leader with strong execution capabilities.
