You will: - Own the fundraising pipeline (Y1: 3Cr/6,000 lives transformed, Y2: 6Cr/12,000 lives transformed, Y3: 10CR+/20,000 lives transformed) - Build high-value partnerships - Secure funding to deliver real impact across India What You'll Own: 1. Fundraising & Grant Acquisition: Raise funds from CSR heads, foundation directors, CHROs, and government stakeholders Develop proposals, decks, RFP responses, and grant applications Own and deliver on fundraising targets 2. Partnership Development: Build multi-year partnerships with corporates, NGOs, foundations, and government departments Align programs with SDGs, NEP priorities, and CSR mandates Represent Mentoria at CSR forums and education roundtables 3. Impact Delivery & Reporting: - Ensure programs funded are delivered with excellence and scale Track outcomes through data dashboards, field visits, and human stories Share clear reports with partners on impact and ROI 4. Strategic Scale : - Build the playbook to scale client's impact to 2 crore students - Position our client as the leader in career guidance + AI literacy for education - Drive ecosystem conversations around employability and future of work for underprivileged youth Who You Need to Be: - 5-10 years in CSR fundraising, foundation partnerships, or education-focused grantmaking - Proven fundraiser, youve closed 20L+ deals, not just managed reporting - Strong at proposal writing, pitching, and relationship-building - Experience working with education, employability, or youth development projects - Entrepreneurial: you thrive in fast-paced, ownership-driven environments
