Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated
Customer Service Representative
to manage customer interactions and provide support for our products and services. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Engage with prospective clients to introduce and promote the company's products or services.
  2. Inbound Calls: Respond to customer queries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  4. Data Management: Accurately record details of calls, including customer feedback and follow-up requirements, in the CRM system.
  5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
