Position: Centre Manager

Location: Gurgaon, Sikanderpur

About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Centre Manager with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment (blue & grey collar workforce), leading teams, conducting weekly job drives, liaising with government officials, and ensuring smooth client coordination. The role also requires managing the Centres P&L responsibility while driving operational efficiency and placement outcomes. The candidate will be employed under third-party payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead recruitment drives for blue and grey-collar job roles.
  • Conduct weekly job fairs and placement drives in collaboration with employers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates as per client requirements.

Centre Management & Operations

  • Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring smooth execution of training, mobilization, and placement activities.
  • Manage Centres P&L, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and government norms.

Client & Government Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure service delivery as per agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry partners, training institutes, and government authorities.
  • Coordinate with government departments on project reporting, recruitment initiatives, and compliance.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor the centre team, including mobilizers, recruiters, and trainers.
  • Set performance targets and monitor achievement of placement goals.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and outcomes.

Reporting & Communication

  • Maintain accurate data of recruitment activities, placement outcomes, and centre performance.
  • Prepare and share periodic MIS reports, newsletters, and project updates with management and clients.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with team and stakeholders.
