Experience Centre Manager

About the role
The role offers a unique opportunity to lead the smart space Experience Centre, managing overall client engagement, sales performance, and profitability in a fast-growing consumer technology segment. The incumbent will be a part of the core management team reporting to the COO, contributing to key business strategy decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to clients exploring smart space technology.
- Conduct guided tours of the Smart Home Experience Centre, highlighting features, benefits, and design aesthetics of various smart home products.
- Manage hot leads and walk-in clients by collecting information, understanding requirements, and offering customised solutions. Anchor the Experience Centre by suggesting different smart home models based on client requirements and preferences, demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Handle inbound inquiries by addressing questions about products and services, and make outbound follow-ups to schedule appointments, share updates, and convert leads.
- Assist clients in evaluating and selecting smart home plans, recommending suitable options based on individual needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to deliver well-informed recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to build rapport, present product demonstrations effectively, and ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry to final presentation.
Key Attributes and Qualifications
:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the technology or home automation industry.
- Strong knowledge and passion for smart home technology, with a desire to constantly learn and stay updated on industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record to manage leads, prioritise tasks, and provide exceptional customer service. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet client needs.
- Proficiency in using technology and smart home applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client appointments and events.
- Graduate or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or technology-related fields is a plus.
