Job Description: Accountant – Facade Division

Location

  • 2–3 years

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounts operations using Tally ERP (mandatory skill).
  • Handle purchase activities including vendor coordination, quotations, order processing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Oversee store management: inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and material issuance.
  • Support finance-related tasks such as billing, payments, expense monitoring, and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for accounts, purchases, and store activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Provide periodic reports to management on accounts, purchases, and store status.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP (must-have).
  • Strong knowledge of accounts, purchase, store, and finance operations.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com), Business Administration, or related field.
  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance with Tally certification (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts, purchase, and store management.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and documentation practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
