  • Dr. Dangs Lab is hiring a Medical Officer (MBBS) to drive patient relations and service excellence at our Hauz Khas center.
  • The role involves counseling patients on reports, addressing client queries, managing critical call-outs, overseeing pediatric collections, resolving escalations, conducting RCA/CAPA for grievances, training staff, participating in CMEs/conferences, and ensuring SOP adherence across operations.
  • This is a full-time opportunity for a compassionate, patient-centric doctor with strong communication skills in English & Hindi and sound knowledge of lab tests.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi), Patient counseling, Clinical support, Complaint resolution, RCA & CAPA, Knowledge of lab tests
