About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic
Clinic & Diagnostic Executive

to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical diagnostic centre. The role requires someone with strong organizational and communication skills who can manage patient interactions, appointments, and ensure smooth functioning of both front-office and back-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Management:
  • Greet and assist patients and their families.
  • Manage patient registration, medical records, and confidentiality.
  • Guide patients through appointments, diagnostic tests, and procedures.
  • Appointment Scheduling & Coordination:
  • Handle doctor schedules and patient bookings.
  • Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups with patients.
  • Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Clinic Operations:
  • Oversee the daily functioning of the clinic and diagnostic centre.
  • Monitor patient flow to ensure minimal waiting time.
  • Maintain stock of medical supplies and consumables.
  • Ensure proper functioning of diagnostic equipment in coordination with vendors.
  • Front Office & Administration:
  • Supervise reception and front desk operations.
  • Handle patient queries, billing, and documentation.
  • Maintain MIS reports and daily activity logs.
  • Manage cash handling and coordination with accounts.
  • Back-End Operations:
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, HR, Sales).
  • Assist in compliance, audits, and record maintenance.
  • Support in recruitment and training of junior staff.
  • Sending Promotional Emails, Follow up.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Graduate in
    Healthcare / Administration / Management

(preferred).
- 2–5 years

of experience in a clinic, hospital, or diagnostic centre.
- Strong communication skills in
English & Hindi

.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and handle operations independently.
- Knowledge of diagnostic processes, patient handling, and healthcare protocols.
