Would you like to actively shape sustainability in shipping with creative solutions as part of a team? Then this position is tailor-made for you. In an agile team, we work together to develop sustainable energy and propulsion concepts that we implement worldwide with our customers. From generators and batteries to fuel cells, the solutions are as diverse as they are innovative. Your role extends from system engineering to commissioning on board the Oil Platforms / ship or Chemical Complex.

How You'll Make an Impact

• You deal comprehensively with the document control management solutions.
• Work according to structured document management processes and procedures, ensuring all instructions are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure document types are controlled as per established procedures and instructions.
• Manage technical documents/correspondence daily, including processing, submitting, and tracking throughout the project cycle.
• Operate within the electronic document management system (e-DMS) – ACONEX, ensuring proper registration, linking, uploading, and metadata compliance.
• Apply correct documentation codes and references in accordance with the project Data Structure (PDS), ensuring version and revision control.
• Maintain and report on document statuses, ensuring timely approvals, releases, and distributions.
• Follow and oversee daily workflows from Formal Review to final approval, coordinating design submissions with the Employer and Employer representatives.
• Collaborate with the document control team to finalize workflows, releases, and distributions while maintaining team alignment.
• Communicate regularly with project document controllers (PM, sub-PM, and other team members) to ensure proper document creation and maintenance.
• Travelling to Siemens Energy customer sites for longer durations would be part of this role. (Domestic as well as International)

• You are a graduate/diploma in Engineering with consistent track record and relevant experience of 5 to 10 years in document management
• Good communication skills, fluency in English. (Written and oral)
• Good Team Player & can communicate with Siemens Energy Global Regional Offices.
