About Sciative Solutions:

We are a B2B SaaS organization leading the AI driven dynamic pricing revolution in India. We are looking for a dynamic numerically inclined individual to lead one of our business teams in Travel domain in order to ensure maximum customer success and delight.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse operations team to achieve performance goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture. Conduct regular informal performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  2. Client Interaction and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives and ensuring alignment with our services. Address client concerns promptly and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction.

  3. Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Monitor key operational metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

  4. Customer Success and Satisfaction: Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Work closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  5. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company standards. Maintain high standards of quality control across all operational processes.

Qualifications:

 Experience: 5+ years in business operations with at least 2 years as a team lead. BPO/ ITeS experience preferred.

 Skills:

o Strong leadership and team management skills.

o Expertise in pricing strategies and financial analysis.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
