Job Summary :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a crucial bridge between our business partners and the IT department, ensuring that technology solutions effectively address business needs. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, as well as facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

You will contribute to the success of large-scale projects and day-to-day operational requests, with a strong focus on the power utility domain.

  • Responsibilities :Requirements Gathering and Analysis :
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  • Analyze and document existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT developers, and project managers.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Business Process Modeling and Improvement :

  • Develop and maintain business process models using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.

Testing and Validation :

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Perform and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or BETA presentations.
  • Ensure that system features and requirements meet user needs and satisfy business objectives.

Reporting and Documentation :

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements documents, process flows, and test plans.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports.
  • Maintain documentation related to AT&C loss reduction, Meter Reading & Billing Analytics, metering solutions, energy auditing, revenue ect.

Project Support :

  • Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-implementation.
  • Assist in project planning and execution.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
