Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative at TONEX BIZCORP PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Kochi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers through telephone calls to promote products and services. The role includes tasks such as maintaining customer relationships, providing customer support, closing sales, and achieving targeted sales goals. The representative will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Sales
  • Ability to participate in and benefit from Training sessions
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
