About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated
Telesales Executives
 to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage effectively with customers. Freshers with the right attitude and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.

1. Key Responsibilities

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
  2. Present and explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly.
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  4. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, conversions, and KPIs.
  5. Accurately update and manage customer records in the MS Office.
  6. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.

2.Skills & Qualifications

  1. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  2. Good knowledge of product sales is an advantage.
  3. Fluency in
    Hindi & English
    (additional languages will be a plus).
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Basic computer knowledge.

1. Ability to work on-site in Kochi, Kerala, India
