Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager – HR (Employee Engagement) to drive engagement initiatives, enhance employee experience, and support culture-building activities across regions. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, hands-on HR operational exposure, and a passion for employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement

  • Plan, develop & execute monthly/quarterly employee engagement activities
  • Conduct surveys (eNPS, satisfaction surveys) and analyse feedback
  • Drive employee communication programs and cultural initiatives
  • Coordinate R&R (Rewards & Recognition) programs
  • Organize internal events, CSR activities, and celebration days

Employee Experience & Support

  • Address employee queries & escalate concerns appropriately
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction sessions as required
  • Conduct branch visits & employee connect programs
  • Assist in grievance handling & employee relations activities

Performance & Talent Support

  • Support HR in performance management cycle coordination
  • Maintain records, MIS reports, and dashboards related to HR initiatives
  • Work closely with Business HR and Cluster HR teams for engagement plans

HR Operations

  • Support internal HR communication strategy
  • Assist in HR policies rollout & implementation
  • Maintain HR documentation and compliance support tasks

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation & organizing skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple activities
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PPT mandatory)
  • Exposure to employee engagement & HR operations preferred

Educational Qualification

  • ANY Graduates or MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
