\u2022 Attending calls from customer and providing on time support

\u2022 Providing support by either remote / onsite visit to customer place

\u2022 Troubleshooting of Pneumatic, Hydraulic and other mechanical system

\u2022 To plan, schedule and execute planned maintenance activities of customer machines.

\u2022 Prepare and share RCA report and Lesson learnt documents with respect Breakdown and Service support.

\u2022 Involvement for the supplier interaction to get the support for Materials status & rework.

\u2022 Onsite mechanical installation and modification activities

\u2022 New modification activity onsite understanding coordination with design team

\u2022 Machine Assembly and Automation Field

\u2022 Assembly & Troubleshooting for SPM

\u2022 Knowledge about Machining / Manufacturing Process

\u2022 Knowledge about Hydraulics & Pneumatics

\u2022 Knowledge on materials, manufacturing process and heat treatment etc.

\u2022 Providing support to Warranty and post warranty complaints for the customer request

\u2022 Tracking of customer complaints for the completion and creation of service request in the portal

\u2022 On time support to Breakdown / Major issues / ASC support

\u2022 Study for RFQ and support for concept design, BOM arrival for Quote process

\u2022 Understanding and finalization of parts specification

and sharing the details to design team \u2022 Attending DAP discussion along with customer

\u2022 Invoice against to PO
