Job Title: TEAL-Engineer Project Management

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Job Summary:

As a TEAL-Engineer Project Management at Titan, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing automation projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects while meeting quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage automation projects from start to finish at site
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or delays
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and provide regular reports
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and other teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 4 to 9 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automation industry
  • Strong knowledge of automation solutions and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • PMP certification is a plus
