Role and Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing sales and relationship

aspect for SME insurance products for the company.

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve sales targets for SME

insurance products.

  • Create and maintain relationships with customers and partner to ensure

customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of SME insurance products

and services offered by the company.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure all sales activities are properly

tracked and reported.

  • Stay up to-date with industry trends and regulations related to SME

insurance.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and other relevant degree.
  • Have past experience working on similar profile
  • Key Skills:
  • • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance
  • industry.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales and negotiation
  • skills, ability to work independently, and good organizational skills.
  • • Knowledge of the health insurance industry and products, understanding of
  • regulatory requirements, and knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
