Role and Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for managing sales and relationship
aspect for SME insurance products for the company.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve sales targets for SME
insurance products.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers and partner to ensure
customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of SME insurance products
and services offered by the company.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure all sales activities are properly
tracked and reported.
- Stay up to-date with industry trends and regulations related to SME
insurance.

Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and other relevant degree.
- Have past experience working on similar profile
- Key Skills:
- • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance
- industry.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales and negotiation
- skills, ability to work independently, and good organizational skills.
- • Knowledge of the health insurance industry and products, understanding of
- regulatory requirements, and knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
