Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Sales Engineer to join our team in Bangalore Urban, with additional responsibilities in Hosur. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in technical product expertise, Salesforce, and customer relationship management, among other key competencies. - Proficiency in customer relationship management to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Experience in providing sales support to ensure seamless coordination between different departments for timely product delivery and service excellence.
- Problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to address customer queries and challenges effectively, ensuring a constructive resolution that enhances client experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the capabilities and advantages of the company's offerings.
