In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Team leadership : building, managing and training team members
  • Supplier Management : Fostering long-term relationships and ensuring consistent supply of material/services
  • Inventory Management : Monitoring inventory levels, supporting PFEP strategies, preventing shortages or excess inventory
  • Compliance & Reporting : Ensuring all purchasing activities adhere to regulations and ethical standards and documenting all procurement activities.
  • Internal Collaborations: Working with other departments, such as production and PMO, to understand their needs and ensure orders are fulfilled.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in procurement.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
