Position Summary:

With the increasing demand for Soliques dynamic team, we are expanding our capabilities. As an Accountant cum Admin, you will take on a hybrid role combining technical accounting skills with administrative expertise. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, capable of managing financial tasks and ensuring seamless administrative operations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with a growth mindset and a commitment to supporting the business across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ensuring proper entries and reconciliations (e.g., MIS generation, BRS, etc.).
  • Handle payroll processing and vendor payments.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and deadlines.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external service providers.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR-related documents.
  • Handle communication (emails and calls) and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

Personal Attributes and Experience:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with accounting tools such as Tally, ZohoBooks, QuickBooks, or similar.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting and office administration.
