Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Installer located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Solar Installer will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar power systems. Daily tasks include assembling solar modules, panels, or support structures, and using power and hand tools to complete the work. The role also involves troubleshooting system issues and ensuring all installations comply with industry standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Solar Power and knowledge of Solar Systems
  • Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools
  • Understanding of the Solar Industry and its best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Relevant certifications in solar installation or electrical work are a plus
