Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar PV Installer Trainer, located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Solar PV Installer Trainer will be responsible for training individuals on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Key tasks include conducting hands-on training sessions, developing training materials, ensuring trainees' comprehension, and staying updated on industry standards and best practices. The trainer will also ensure safety regulations are followed and provide feedback and support to trainees to ensure successful learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Solar Power and the Solar Industry
- Proficiency in working with Solar Systems and applying this knowledge practically
- Familiarity with the use of Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Strong communication and instructional skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or a similar role is advantageous
- A relevant technical certification or degree is preferred
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
