Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Responsibility for Cluster P&L Serve as a pivotal member of the leadership team in formulating Bank goals & strategy (short term and long term) and translation of the same to business plan at a cluster and branch level
  2. Develop and implement strategies and plans consistent with established goals in each product line and service in the cluster & ensure achievement of branch and cluster level Business Targets.
  3. Collaborate with Product Teams, Operations Teams, Regional delivery teams, branches in developing operational plans for the cluster based on the overall targets and budgets for the region.
  4. Regularly conducts detailed reviews of the Bank's operations and takes appropriate decisions for reallocating resources and re-deciding priorities.
  5. Recommend plan for setting up of new branches and ATMs in the region as per requirements
