About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior Audience Specialist
with hands-on expertise in
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
and
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
audience segmentation, campaign orchestration, and client engagement
to deliver personalized digital experiences. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills to work directly with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage
    audience segments
    within AEP for various marketing use cases.
  • Configure and optimize
    journeys in AJO
    to deliver personalized customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, translate business objectives into technical solutions, and ensure delivery.
  • Work with data teams to validate data ingestion, unification, and activation across channels.
  • Monitor audience performance, optimize segmentation strategies, and report insights to stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for AEP & AJO, guiding clients on best practices.
  • Ensure seamless integration between AEP, AJO, and other MarTech platforms.
  • Provide support, documentation, and training to marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
    in audience segmentation, marketing automation, or CDP solutions.
  • Proven hands-on experience with
    Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
    and
    Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    customer data management, identity resolution, and cross-channel orchestration
    .
  • Experience in
    client-facing roles
    with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across business, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
