Eligibility Criteria-

Graduate in any stream except BCA and B.Tech.

5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

5 days working

Good written & verbal communication skills

Ability to work 24*7 shift timings

Proficient in computer applications including Excel & Word

What We're Looking For:

  1. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
  2. Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements
  3. Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders
  4. Taking ownership of reporting work in the process
  5. Review and suggest updates for Standard Operating

Procedures

  1. Escalate non-compliance issues of process/procedures as per protocol Identify, share, support, and implement operational improvements
  2. Ensure compliance to all the reports
  3. Inbound Calling/ International Voice Process (B2B or B2C)
  4. Maintain all documentation/tracking in the applications up to date for the processes
  5. Must adhere to Login schedule and Organizational Policies.
  6. Must be ready to Work from Office on all 5 days
  7. Responsible for call Audits, efficient in onshore connects/Communications
  8. Develops training material and documentation for global support in the ongoing environment
  9. Maintain and Share the various trackers such as escalation Tracker, Client updates tracker, Audit Tracker etc.
  10. Should be able to coach and mentor colleagues
  11. Work as a subject matter expert and should be one point of contact for client related issues/queries
  12. Responsible for taking refresher sessions and new batch coaching as and when required
